First,what is a hematite? Hematite is a form of Iron Oxide ranging from steel gray to iron black.Its name being derived from the Greek word "haema" meaning blood,this mineral is associated with Blood -related therapy,which includes regulating blood supply,cleansing of blood,stimulating iron absorption,forming red blood cells and aiding ailments like aenemia and insomnia.Hematite is also believed to dissolve negativity and help in overcoming addictions.It is said to make us feel safe and secure thus treating stress and boosting self esteem.
It hurther develops mental process ,enhances memory and stimulates concentration and focus.
